Kidneys
At our 20 week ultrasound when Tasha was pregnant the doctor noticed that Vincent's kidneys were measuring just a little bit larger than normal. When Vincent was a month old we took him in for an ultrasound to see whether the kidney area (aka renal pelvis) was still enlarged. One side was within the normal range and the other was just slightly enlarged. The doctor recommended a procedure where they inject dye into his bladder and conduct an x-ray to determine whether there was any urine reflux. Since Vincent didn't have any symptoms of a problem, we opted to wait and repeat the ultrasound instead of putting him through the other procedure. This week we repeated the ultrasound and are happy to say that both kidney areas are measuring normal so there doesn't seem to be any problems. Happy and healthy!

Busy Day
Vincent woke up early this morning (7:30 am) ready to take on his busy day. First, we went for a run in the park. Then, after a very short nap, we met Rex, Thatcher, Genevieve and their mommies for a picnic at the Denver Botanic Gardens.
We rounded off the afternoon with a couple hours at the pool. Vincent loves the water and was very entertained by the other kids swimming and splashing around.
Well Baby Visit
Vincent had another round of shots this week at his Well Baby check-up. He did super at the doctor's office, but had a melt-down later that evening. No big surprise there.
