Vincent's First Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas. We spent four days in Oregon and Washington visiting our family. It was great to see Vincent play with his cousins, Lucy and Braxton.

Vincent's 9-month check-up went well. No shots at this one so he was happy.

Weight: 20 lb 6.1 oz. (47%)
Head circumference: 18.31 (82%)

Halloween!

We went with a Wizard of Oz theme. Drew was a scarecrow, Tasha was the wicked witch, and Vincent was a flying monkey. Drew had fun scaring the trick-or-treaters and Vincent loved grabing Tasha's nose.

Fall in the park

We have a crawler

For the last few months, Vincent's preferred mode of travel was the roll. He would eye his destination, line-up his roll and then roll over and over until he either got to where he wanted to be or hit the wall. If he ran into an object along the way, he would spin and line-up his next roll sequence until he was successful. In the last week though, he has discovered that travel in a straight line can also work.

Go Nuggets!

We took Vincent to his first Colorado Rapids soccer game last weekend. He enjoyed the lights, sounds, and people. Last night, we were offered a great deal on some great seats to the Nuggets game. It was the first preseason game so attendance was pretty low, but we had a great time.
