Happy 4th Birthday Vincent

We had a superhero party for Vincent today.  Luckily, the weather was beautiful so we could play outside for most of the time.  Some of the "flying" pictures need to be cropped, but you get the idea.

Santa, Christmas, Santa

We are really enjoying all the holiday festivities that December brings.  First, the boys saw Santa at Tasha's work.  Vincent was excited.  Zack didn't cry this year, but only lasted a couple minutes on his lap before he wanted off. 

 

 

Next, we got our Christmas tree.  It was trucked down from Oregon in ice and only a couple degrees here in Colorado so the tree was frozen for a couple hours.  Thankfully, it eventually thawed out and we could decorate it.

The boys loved Zoo Lights and got to see Santa again.

Last weekend we rode the Santa's North Pole Adventure train (pictures to come later).

Finally, we're hoping to see Blossoms of Light at the Denver Botanic Gardens on Christmas Eve.

It really is The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!  If only we could celebrate with our family.  We'll miss them this year.

Pre-Halloween Fun

Halloween is one of our favorite holidays so the fun lasts all month long.  So far we have gone to two pumpkin patches and Boo at the Zoo.  There was only one melt down wtih Zack screaming "Open My Candy" over and over again while he threw things out of the stroller and then laid on the ground kicking and screaming in the middle of the zoo.  I wish I would have gotten that on video, but I'm sure there will be a next time.
